The Restaurant Manager role at Ruth's Chris Steak House is a pivotal position that supports the General Manager and Chef by overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. This position is integral to maintaining the restaurant's tradition of genuine hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences. The Restaurant Manager is responsible for supervising both Front-of-House and Back-of-House teams, ensuring that every team member is engaged, developed, and equipped to perform at their best. This role requires a balance of operational expertise, leadership, and customer service skills to drive sales and guest satisfaction.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $58,000 to $68,000 per year and includes a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employees’ well-being and career growth. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. required
  • a minimum of one (1) year of restaurant/hospitality experience required
  • successful completion of corporate training program required
  • strong communication skills with the ability to resolve conflict and provide mentorship to hourly team members
