The role of Restaurant Manager at Hooters of America is a pivotal leadership position responsible for overseeing various areas within restaurant operations. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 plus years of restaurant management experience
- completed food safety/sanitation training
- minimum age of 21 years
- valid ServSafe alcohol certification or equivalent
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- legal eligibility to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- minimum 2 years full service restaurant management experience in a complex fast-paced environment
- food safety and sanitation training completion
- must be 21 years or older
- basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- strong organizational and planning skills
- strong operational skills in customer service

- intermediate math skills
- excellent oral and written communication skills
