The company has established multiple locations in the Houston, TX area including its Beaumont location, providing career opportunities across a thriving and expanding market.
At Twin Peaks, employees are part of a team dedicated to upholding the brand's promise of excellence through innovative service and a captivating dining environment. The restaurant's ethos is built on a culture that values professionalism, passion, and a playful, yet respectful workplace where every team member can grow personally and professionally. Known for its scratch-made food and perfectly chilled 29-degree beer, Twin Peaks strives to be the best restaurant in its class nationwide.
The available roles are for General Managers and Restaurant Managers, with an emphasis on those experienced in overseeing high-volume, full-service restaurants. This opportunity is perfect for individuals eager to embrace a leadership career that offers both challenge and growth. Twin Peaks emphasizes continuous learning, with extensive training provided to ensure skill enhancement and operational excellence. The management team plays a critical role in motivating their staff, maintaining operational standards, managing financial performance, and ensuring an outstanding guest experience.
Successful candidates will have at least two years of management experience and demonstrate a passion for delivering premium food and beverage quality. They showcase exceptional people skills, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to engage in the dynamic environment of a restaurant that balances boldness with professionalism. The role involves supervising all restaurant staff, maintaining safety and cleanliness standards, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with all company policies and legal requirements.
Twin Peaks offers competitive salaries ranging from $48,000 to $60,000 annually, complemented by attractive benefits such as dental and vision insurance, paid time off, employee discounts, and paid training. The work environment is fast-paced with exposure to kitchen fumes and possible cigarette smoke from designated smoking areas, reflecting the lively nature of its hospitality settings.
Prospective managers will also be responsible for recruiting and coaching staff to meet Twin Peaks' image and service standards and promoting a workplace that is free from intimidation and harassment. The role requires proficiency in operational functions including inventory control, financial reporting, staff training and development, and the enforcement of health and safety regulations.
Overall, this is a prime opportunity for those looking to develop a meaningful career within a distinctive brand that blends a unique scenic dining experience with the drive and excitement of the food service industry.
