Job Description

Olive Garden is a renowned American casual dining restaurant chain specializing in Italian-American cuisine. Established in 1982, Olive Garden has grown significantly over the decades and now boasts more than 870 restaurants across the United States and Canada. As part of the Darden Restaurants group, one of the largest full-service restaurant companies in the world, Olive Garden emphasizes creating a welcoming dining experience through quality food, exceptional service, and a family-oriented atmosphere. The brand is well-known for its commitment to quality, community involvement, and career development opportunities for its team members.\n\nWe are currently seeking dedicated Restaurant Managers to join our team at Olive Garden. This role is instrumental in driving restaurant performance through team leadership and operational excellence. Restaurant Managers report directly to the General Manager and play a critical role in executing company policies, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for guests and employees alike. The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $55,000 to $63,000 plus quarterly bonuses. The workweek is structured to promote a healthy work-life balance, with no more than 50 hours per week and two days off, including one weekend off per month. Beneficial paid time off options such as vacation and flex time, up to three weeks within the first year, are also provided.\n\nAt Olive Garden, your career growth matters. The company invests heavily in training and development, with 99% of General Managers and Directors of Operations promoted internally. Opportunities such as tuition reimbursement and assistance with student loans support your educational goals. In addition, the job provides immediate eligibility to medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as company-paid short-term disability and life insurance. Employees can enjoy significant discounts on a wide range of products and services including cell phones, daycare, and clothing.\n\nOlive Garden is deeply committed to the well-being of its team and the communities it serves. We offer supportive programs such as an Employee Assistance Program, paternity and maternity leave, adoption reimbursement assistance, and paid leave for family care. The company also actively contributes to hunger relief, having donated over 44 million pounds of food and millions in grants to support food banks and team members in need. Safety and sanitation remain top priorities with ongoing Covid-19 protocol alignments based on CDC guidelines to ensure a secure workplace.\n\nJoining Olive Garden means becoming part of a family-focused culture that values acceptance, support, and strength. If you are results-oriented, people-focused, and passionate about service, and if you thrive in a dynamic environment that offers flexibility and growth potential, then consider building your career with us. In our words, "We’re All Family Here!" #MyOliveGardenFam
