The Restaurant Manager role is central to our continued success. The role involves overseeing all restaurant functions, coaching team members, managing schedules and performance, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining compliance with operational standards. We emphasize work-life balance by guaranteeing balanced schedules, including at least one weekend off per month and vacation and flex time benefits. Our remuneration package includes weekly pay, extra pay for working six days a week, quarterly performance bonuses, medical, dental, and vision insurance from multiple carriers available starting day one, and special holiday closures to support our team’s well-being.
