Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in restaurant management
  • availability to work five 10-hour shifts per week
  • ability to work holidays and weekends as needed
  • valid driver’s license
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of successful restaurant management experience
  • at least 1 year of Cracker Barrel management experience
  • valid driver’s license
  • ability to work 50 hours per week including weekends and holidays
  • strong leadership and team development skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure

Job Duties

  • oversee front-of-house and back-of-house operations
  • coach and develop restaurant team members
  • manage inventory and supplies
  • ensure excellent guest experience and satisfaction
  • maintain operational standards during busy periods
  • balance people-first leadership with operational responsibilities
  • encourage teamwork and uphold the culture of country hospitality
