Job Duties

  • support the general manager in developing restaurant operating plans supportive of company and market strategies
  • plan schedules and analyze staffing needs
  • ensure appropriate training and development for all employees
  • address changing business demands with discretion
  • ensure menu items are prepared and served according to brand standards
  • maintain proper inventory levels using correct ordering procedures and efficient usage
  • ensure guest satisfaction by directing proper service and cleanliness
  • uphold compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations
  • maintain facility and equipment through preventive maintenance and safety standards
  • embody and promote company values and policies with a focus on safety
  • manage controllable expenses including labor, cash, repairs and maintenance, and food costs
  • analyze financial reports and assist in developing improvement plans
  • monitor local market trends and competitive stance
  • assist in implementing local marketing programs
  • create and maintain a positive work environment and open communication
