Job Requirements

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
At least 2 years of experience in full-service restaurant management
Working knowledge of restaurant operating procedures
Ability to lead, coach, and develop staff effectively
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Positive and energetic team player
Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

Minimum 2 years experience in full-service, high-volume restaurant management
Proven success in leading and developing teams
Strong knowledge of restaurant operations including P&L management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a results-oriented environment
Positive attitude and high energy
Passion for sports and craft beer preferred

Job Duties

Provide leadership and guidance to hospitality, bar, and kitchen teams
Manage profit and loss to achieve financial targets
Drive sales growth and increase guest counts
Enhance guest experience through quality service standards
Recruit, coach, and develop team members
Oversee ordering, receiving, and inventory management
Create and manage staff schedules
