Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in full-service restaurant management
  • Working knowledge of restaurant operating procedures
  • Ability to lead, coach, and develop staff effectively
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Positive and energetic team player
  • Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years experience in full-service, high-volume restaurant management
  • Proven success in leading and developing teams
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations including P&L management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a results-oriented environment
  • Positive attitude and high energy
  • Passion for sports and craft beer preferred

Job Duties

  • Provide leadership and guidance to hospitality, bar, and kitchen teams
  • Manage profit and loss to achieve financial targets
  • Drive sales growth and increase guest counts
  • Enhance guest experience through quality service standards
  • Recruit, coach, and develop team members
  • Oversee ordering, receiving, and inventory management
  • Create and manage staff schedules
