Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using restaurant management software
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a restaurant general manager or in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations and management
  • Competency in financial management and budgeting
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Experience in staff training and development
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and quality assurance

Job Duties

  • Ensures execution and compliance of food safety and quality assurance
  • Manages food, inventory and equipment controls
  • Maintains food service and production levels by leading strong BOH and FOH execution
  • Provides exceptional customer experience
  • Builds important connections with customers
  • Provides excellent dine-in, take-out and delivery service
  • Maintains restaurant cleanliness and maintenance to high company standards
  • Completes talent management including recruitment, selection, hiring, retention, employee relations, corrective actions and performance development
  • Responsible for labor controls
  • Maintains restaurant financial controls including complete P & L, budget and SPLH ownership
  • Proactively identifies and secures sales opportunities
  • Completes administrative responsibilities, including system reports and proprietary applications
