Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using restaurant management software
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a restaurant general manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations and management
- Competency in financial management and budgeting
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Experience in staff training and development
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and quality assurance
Job Duties
- Ensures execution and compliance of food safety and quality assurance
- Manages food, inventory and equipment controls
- Maintains food service and production levels by leading strong BOH and FOH execution
- Provides exceptional customer experience
- Builds important connections with customers
- Provides excellent dine-in, take-out and delivery service
- Maintains restaurant cleanliness and maintenance to high company standards
- Completes talent management including recruitment, selection, hiring, retention, employee relations, corrective actions and performance development
- Responsible for labor controls
- Maintains restaurant financial controls including complete P & L, budget and SPLH ownership
- Proactively identifies and secures sales opportunities
- Completes administrative responsibilities, including system reports and proprietary applications
