Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Ability to handle financial responsibilities and budget management

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a general manager or restaurant manager
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety standards and quality control
  • Experience managing high-volume restaurant operations
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency in financial management including budgeting and P&L responsibilities
  • Ability to train, mentor and develop staff
  • Entrepreneurial attitude with a strong business acumen

Job Duties

  • Ensure execution and compliance of food safety and quality assurance
  • Manage food, inventory and equipment controls
  • Maintain food service and production levels by leading strong BOH and FOH execution
  • Provide exceptional customer experience by building important connections with customers
  • Provide excellent dine-in, take-out and delivery service
  • Maintain restaurant cleanliness and maintenance to high company standards
  • Actively direct, coach and train team members to high performance levels
  • Manage labor controls including recruitment, selection, hiring, retention, employee relations, corrective actions and performance development
  • Maintain restaurant financial controls including P&L, budget and SPLH ownership
  • Identify and secure sales opportunities proactively
  • Complete administrative (managerial) responsibilities including system reports and proprietary applications
  • Submit all administrative tasks accurately and efficiently
