Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years related experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage and train staff effectively
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Experience with budgeting and inventory management
  • Proficiency in restaurant management software
  • Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Monitor and manage inventory including ordering supplies and managing budgets
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure a seamless dining experience
  • Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant to ensure cleanliness and organization
  • Prepare reports on sales, labor, and inventory as needed
