Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous management experience in the restaurant industry
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
- Food handler certification or willingness to obtain it
Job Qualifications
- Experience in restaurant management or related hospitality field
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with scheduling and inventory management
- Proven ability to drive sales and customer satisfaction
Job Duties
- Manage hourly employees including conducting performance evaluations coaching and discipline
- Review applications interviewing and hiring or recommending hires
- Direct employee work schedules and task assignments before during and after restaurant hours
- Drive sales steps of service and guest satisfaction
- Provide direct and schedule Front of House and Back of House training
- Supervise and oversee food production and preparation according to recipes and procedures
- Conduct formal line Taste and Temps
- Enforce security measures to maintain employee and guest safety
- Manage food supplies and liquor costs through weekly inventory
- Ensure safe food handling procedures
- Create a safe fun and clean work environment consistent with core values and operational goals
