Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous management experience in the restaurant industry
  • Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
  • Food handler certification or willingness to obtain it

Job Duties

  • Manage hourly employees including conducting performance evaluations coaching and discipline
  • Review applications interviewing and hiring or recommending hires
  • Direct employee work schedules and task assignments before during and after restaurant hours
  • Drive sales steps of service and guest satisfaction
  • Provide direct and schedule Front of House and Back of House training
  • Supervise and oversee food production and preparation according to recipes and procedures
  • Conduct formal line Taste and Temps
  • Enforce security measures to maintain employee and guest safety
  • Manage food supplies and liquor costs through weekly inventory
  • Ensure safe food handling procedures
  • Create a safe fun and clean work environment consistent with core values and operational goals
