Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Provide guests and patrons with friendly and professional service
  • Ensure meals are delivered timely with attention to plating, portion, and temperature
  • Develop ways to improve cost savings and labor retention
  • Train staff thoroughly in service sequence and product knowledge
  • Lead service education through daily line-ups
  • Headline new employee training and ongoing development programs
  • Evaluate restaurant service performance daily
  • Conduct employee discussions and evaluations
  • Coordinate timely food production
  • Collaborate with Chef to ensure quality and presentation of food
  • Participate in evaluation of food product and kitchen employee performance
  • Select and price liquors and wines, supervise procurement
  • Assist General Manager or F&B Director in setting financial objectives
  • Execute marketing plans and enhance operational standards
  • Monitor cost control focusing on sales cost and payroll
