This particular opportunity is for an experienced management professional looking to take the next step in their restaurant management career. The role of a manager at Buffalo Wild Wings involves overseeing multiple team members such as Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, Service Assistants, and the Heart of House staff. The manager works hand in hand with the General Manager to ensure the restaurant operates efficiently, meets guest satisfaction goals, and achieves superior performance in all operational areas.
