Job Requirements

  • preferably three years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • responsible alcohol service
  • safety and security systems and procedures
  • computer operations
  • ability to manage and direct the work of others
  • champion change
  • passion for training and developing your team

Job Qualifications

  • oversee labor law compliance and safety protocols
  • maintain high standards of food handling and sanitation
