Currently, Dan's Management Co. is hiring for Assistant Managers (AM) and Restaurant Managers (RM) across its locations. These roles offer an attractive initial salary range: $52,000 to $55,000 for Assistant Managers and $58,000 to $65,000 for Restaurant Managers. The company carefully places managers based on their skill level and proximity, aiming for about a 30-minute commute from their home to the assigned restaurant, ensuring convenience and balance in their work routines.

Job Requirements

  • Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • Must be able to fluently speak and read English
  • 2+ years QSR restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience required
  • Basic computer and writing skills

Job Duties

  • Manage, coach, and inspire a team of 15 or more in a fast-paced environment

  • Cultivate a positive, welcoming atmosphere for both staff and guests
  • Follow and enforce food safety, safety, and sanitation guidelines
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop employees through training and mentoring
  • Execute in-restaurant marketing promotions and new product roll-outs in a timely manner
  • Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by providing superior customer service and resolving complaints promptly
