Job Requirements

  • Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Willing to work long hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Must be able to fluently speak and read English
  • 2+ years QSR restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience required
  • Basic computer and writing skills
  • Advanced math and financial management skills
  • Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in QSR restaurant, retail, or supervisory roles
  • Proven ability to manage inventory, control labor costs, and train staff
  • Advanced math and financial management skills
  • Proficient English speaking and writing skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities

Job Duties

  • Manage, coach, and inspire a team of 15 or more in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and beverage quality
  • Use experience in inventory management, labor scheduling, and P&L to drive profitability
  • Cultivate a positive, welcoming atmosphere for both staff and guests
  • Follow and enforce food safety, safety, and sanitation guidelines
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop employees through training and mentoring
  • Execute in-restaurant marketing promotions and new product roll-outs in a timely manner
  • Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by providing superior customer service and resolving complaints promptly
