The Restaurant Maintenance Technician position is a full-time role focused primarily on the repair and maintenance of all Wendy's and Which Wich restaurants operated under the Toot'n Totum umbrella. This role is essential in ensuring all outlets remain operational, clean, safe, and aesthetically appealing to customers. The technician performs a broad range of duties that include cosmetic repairs such as tile work and painting, preventative maintenance of kitchen cooking equipment, refrigeration systems, and HVAC units, as well as prompt response to on-demand service requests. This hands-on position involves troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues, and overseeing the work of external service providers when they are dispatched to assist.

Key responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date records of all maintenance and repairs using the company’s internal ticketing system, which helps track work done and supports communication between restaurant management teams, district managers, and the Director of Operations. Beyond technical capabilities, the role requires a person with excellent communication skills, strong critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
