Job Requirements

- previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred
- ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- excellent communication and teamwork skills
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- strong commitment to quality and customer service

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, specifications, and presentation standards
- work assigned stations efficiently during service periods
- maintain food quality, proper temperatures, and portion control
- assist with prep tasks including chopping, marinating, batching, and stocking
- keep workstations clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout service
- follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines
- communicate effectively with kitchen leadership and teammates
- support opening, closing, and side work duties
- adapt quickly to business levels, special events, and game-day volume
