Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in cooking or food preparation preferred
- Able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Must follow health and safety standards
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members

- Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to follow standardized recipes and procedures
- Good communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties
- Prepare visually appealing, high-quality foods on the Hot Side of the kitchen
- Follow Urban Plates recipes and procedures for Bowls, Carve/Grill, Soup, Braise stations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met
- Collaborate with team members and management to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Participate in paid position training and cross-training
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the kitchen
