Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior line cook experience preferred but willing to train motivated candidates
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility with work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items when needed
