The company empowers its employees to "activate awesome," encouraging them to make meaningful impacts within their stores and communities every day. By fostering a culture dedicated to service, growth, and leadership, 7-Eleven has created an environment where employees can thrive and advance in their careers.

7-Eleven is currently offering an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals to join their team as a Restaurant Manager. This role is designed for those who enjoy working as part of a dynamic restaurant management team and have previous supervisory experience. The Restaurant Manager position focuses on leading, training, and motivating restaurant employees to deliver exceptional customer service. Many of 7-Eleven's top managers have developed their careers starting in entry-level roles such as cashiers or part-timers, proving the company’s strong "promote from within" philosophy. Successful candidates will complete comprehensive training programs to deeply understand business operations and drive store success effectively. The role demands hands-on leadership in maintaining high standards of restaurant condition, compliance with company policies and health department standards, and driving merchandising and marketing initiatives.

The company offers a rich benefits package to its employees, including 401K plans (for U.S.-based employees), RRSP plans (for Canadian employees), paid time off, medical, dental, life, and vision insurance coverage options, monthly bonus or incentive potential, tuition reimbursement, and adoption assistance for eligible employees in the U.S. The working environment at 7-Eleven supports personal and professional growth, emphasizing employee retention by focusing on recruiting qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering teams, and encouraging productivity. The Restaurant Manager position requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office products, and the ability to handle multitasking and physical demands such as standing, bending, and occasional lifting.

Joining 7-Eleven as a Restaurant Manager means becoming part of a dedicated team that values integrity, innovation, and excellence. Employees are supported to grow and lead, with ample career advancement opportunities across various levels within the organization. If you are ready to make a difference and help shape the future of convenience retail, this role provides an excellent platform to build a rewarding career with one of the world’s most trusted brands.
