7-Eleven is a globally recognized convenience store brand with over 86,000 locations worldwide, making it the largest retailer in terms of the number of locations. Established as a pioneer in convenience retailing, 7-Eleven has continually revolutionized the way customers access everyday items, fuel, and quick-service food. The company is known for its innovative approach to convenience and restaurant services, combining technology, quality products, and customer-centric strategies to be the first choice of customers everywhere. With a strong presence across many countries, 7-Eleven not only empowers its customers but also truly values its employees, encouraging them to "activate awesome" through meaningful contributions in their stores and communities. The company maintains a culture focused on growth, leadership, and making a real difference in the convenience retail industry. 7-Eleven’s commitment to training and development ensures a workplace where employees can thrive, grow their careers, and be recognized for their hard work and dedication.

The current opportunity is for a Restaurant Manager within the 7-Eleven family, ideal for individuals who enjoy working as part of a team and have prior supervisory experience. This role involves managing a restaurant environment in one of 7-Eleven’s locations, with a clear path for advancement through a deliberate and focused training program. Many successful managers at 7-Eleven started from entry-level positions such as cashiers or part-time staff, demonstrating the company’s strong promote-from-within philosophy. Employees in this role are dedicated to providing excellent customer service, leadership, and operational management, ensuring that the restaurant maintains the highest standards in customer satisfaction and compliance with company and health regulations.

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, coaching and training restaurant team members, and ensuring the store environment is welcoming and efficient. Leadership skills are crucial, as is the ability to retain and develop talent by identifying qualified candidates and fostering employee productivity. This position demands a hands-on style, with the manager actively engaged in maintaining store standards, merchandising, marketing programs, and utilizing data from profit and loss reports as well as store performance metrics to drive business improvements. Strong communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office products such as Word and Excel are important for reporting and administrative tasks.

7-Eleven offers comprehensive benefits including a 401K plan (US) or RRSP plan (Canada), paid time off, and coverage in medical, dental, life, and vision insurance options. Employees may also be eligible for monthly bonuses and incentives, tuition reimbursement, and adoption assistance in the US. This role presents an excellent career path for motivated individuals looking to develop within a renowned brand that leads the convenience store industry worldwide.
