The Restaurant Manager role at 7-Eleven offers a unique opportunity to join the company’s restaurant management team and contribute directly to the success and operational excellence of their quick-service restaurant locations. This role is designed for individuals who possess supervisory experience within a restaurant setting and desire to grow their career in restaurant leadership. As a Restaurant Manager, you will lead and coach a team of employees, driving customer service excellence, training, and development. The role focuses on maintaining high standards for restaurant operations, including compliance with company policies and health department standards. You will be responsible for implementing merchandising and marketing initiatives while ensuring profitability through effective use of profit and loss (P&L) management and store reporting.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership for restaurant employees
  • Desire to maintain high employee retention and develop leadership
  • Ability to ensure compliance with health and company standards
  • Ability to oversee merchandising and marketing programs
  • Ability to analyze and act on P&L and store reports
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer knowledge
  • High School diploma or GED preferred
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory experience in a restaurant or similar environment
  • Ability to lead and train team members
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in computer use, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
  • High School diploma or GED preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to manage P&L reports
  • Experience with merchandising and marketing implementation
  • Ability to multi-task and perform physical duties as required

Job Duties

  • Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant employees
  • Maintain high retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity
  • Oversee restaurant condition to ensure compliance with company policies and health department standards
  • Implement all merchandising and marketing programs
  • Use P&L and store reports to drive business change
  • Communicate effectively through excellent oral and written skills
  • Manage multiple tasks including physical activities such as bending, standing, reaching, and lifting
