Job Requirements
- Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant employees
- Desire to maintain high retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity
- Ability to oversee restaurant condition and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health standards
- Ability to implement merchandising and marketing programs
- Demonstrated use of P&L and store reports to effect change
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills especially in Microsoft Word and Excel
- High school diploma or GED preferred, not required with sufficient experience
- Ability to multitask and perform physical tasks including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- At least one year of restaurant management experience
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills
- Strong communication skills both oral and written
- Proficient computer knowledge, especially in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to multitask and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Demonstrated ability to use financial and store performance reports to drive improvements
Job Duties
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant employees
- Maintain high retention by focusing on identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging employee productivity
- Oversee the restaurant condition and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and Health Department Standards
- Implement all merchandising and marketing programs
- Use P&L and store reports to affect change
- Communicate effectively orally and in writing
- Utilize computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
