Job Requirements

Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant employees
Desire to maintain high retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity
Ability to oversee restaurant condition and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health standards
Ability to implement merchandising and marketing programs
Demonstrated use of P&L and store reports to effect change
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficient computer skills especially in Microsoft Word and Excel
High school diploma or GED preferred, not required with sufficient experience
Ability to multitask and perform physical tasks including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred
At least one year of restaurant management experience
Proven leadership and supervisory skills
Strong communication skills both oral and written
Proficient computer knowledge, especially in Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to multitask and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
Demonstrated ability to use financial and store performance reports to drive improvements

Job Duties

Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant employees
