Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • At least one year of restaurant management experience
  • Ability to oversee customer service and lead employees
  • Understanding of health department standards and company policies
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft products Word and Excel
  • Ability to multitask and perform physical tasks including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with one year of restaurant management experience
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to multitask and manage physical work requirements

Job Duties

  • Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant employees
  • Maintain high retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity
  • Oversee restaurant condition ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and health department standards
  • Implement merchandising and marketing programs
  • Utilize profit and loss and store reports to effect change
  • Communicate effectively using excellent oral and written skills
  • Apply proficient computer knowledge, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
