Job Requirements
- Ability to oversee and provide leadership and coaching
- Desire to maintain high retention and develop leaders
- Ensure compliance with health and company standards
- Implement merchandising and marketing programs
- Use P&L and store reports to influence operations
- Ability to multitask and perform physical tasks including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with relevant experience
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- At least one year of restaurant management experience preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Demonstrated ability to lead and train staff
- Ability to use P&L statements for decision making
- Strong interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant employees
- Maintain high retention by focusing on identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging employee productivity
- Oversee the restaurant condition and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health department standards
- Implement all merchandising and marketing programs
- Use profit and loss (P&L) and store reports to affect change
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Utilize proficient computer skills to manage store reports and operations
