Job Requirements
- Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership training and coaching for restaurant employees
- Desire to maintain high retention through employee development and empowerment
- Ability to ensure restaurant compliance with company policies and health standards
- Competency in merchandising and marketing program implementation
- Demonstrated use of profit and loss and store reports for decision making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient computer skills
- High school diploma or GED preferred or one year restaurant management experience
- Ability to multitask perform physical duties occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to multitask and manage various operational duties
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with one year of restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities
Job Duties
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership training and coaching for all restaurant employees
- Maintain high employee retention by identifying qualified applicants developing leaders empowering employees and encouraging productivity
- Ensure restaurant condition complies with company policies procedures and Health Department Standards
- Oversee and implement all merchandising and marketing programs
- Use profit and loss and store reports to drive business changes
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Manage multiple tasks including bending standing reaching and lifting
