Job Requirements

  • Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant employees
  • Desire to maintain high retention by focusing on identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity
  • Ability to oversee restaurant condition and ensure compliance with company policies and health department standards
  • Ability to implement all merchandising and marketing programs
  • Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to affect change
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Ability to multi-task and perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • At least one year of restaurant management experience preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficient computer knowledge, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to multi-task and perform physical activities such as bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Demonstrated leadership in employee training and coaching

Job Duties

  • Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant employees
  • Maintain high retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity
  • Oversee restaurant condition to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health department standards
  • Implement all merchandising and marketing programs
  • Use P&L and store reports to drive operational improvements
  • Communicate effectively orally and in writing with team members and customers
  • Utilize computer knowledge, including Microsoft Word and Excel, for various administrative tasks
