Leadership and coaching are central to this role, as you will be mentoring staff, fostering a positive work environment, and engaging in recruitment to build and retain a qualified team. Strong communication skills, computer proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and the ability to multitask physically within the store are essential attributes for successful candidates.

The company is committed to employee success with dedicated training, a strong team ethic, and a focus on developing leadership capabilities. In addition to a supportive work culture, managers have access to a variety of employee benefits that include 401K plans, paid time off, medical and dental insurance coverage, tuition reimbursement, and incentive opportunities such as monthly bonuses.
