Job Requirements

  • Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching
  • Desire to maintain high retention through team development
  • Ability to ensure restaurant compliance with policies and health standards
  • Capability to implement merchandising and marketing programs
  • Proficiency in using P&L and store reports
  • Strong communication skills
  • Physical ability to multitask and lift up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED preferred
  • At least one year of restaurant management experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Demonstrated leadership and team development skills
  • Ability to analyze P&L and store reports

Job Duties

  • Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant employees
  • Maintain high retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity
  • Oversee restaurant condition and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and Health Department Standards
  • Implement all merchandising and marketing programs
  • Use P&L and store reports to affect change
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management
  • Manage multiple tasks including physical activities such as bending, standing, and reaching
