Job Requirements
- Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching
- Desire to maintain high retention through team development
- Ability to ensure restaurant compliance with policies and health standards
- Capability to implement merchandising and marketing programs
- Proficiency in using P&L and store reports
- Strong communication skills
- Physical ability to multitask and lift up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- At least one year of restaurant management experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Demonstrated leadership and team development skills
- Ability to analyze P&L and store reports
Job Duties
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant employees
- Maintain high retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity
- Oversee restaurant condition and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and Health Department Standards
- Implement all merchandising and marketing programs
- Use P&L and store reports to affect change
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Manage multiple tasks including physical activities such as bending, standing, and reaching
