Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred
- Possess valid driver's license
- 5+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
- Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, weekends
- Willingness to travel for work-related functions and training
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Able to maintain professional conduct consistent with Raising Cane's policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Emotional intelligence with the ability to measure performance objectively and subjectively
- Prior experience in new restaurant openings and local marketing preferred
- Valid driver's license
Job Duties
- Ensure overall financial success of the restaurant through forecasting and budgeting
- Ensure restaurant compliance with company standards, policies, and applicable laws
- Hire and terminate management-level crewmembers including payroll processing
- Create crewmember work and training schedules
- Develop management-level crewmembers including performance management
- Act as manager on duty, open and close the restaurant, and manage cash handling
- Monitor profit and loss statements and execute strategy to improve financial and operational performance
