Additional monthly incentives post-training are performance-based, linked to restaurant profitability and individual success. The Restaurant Leader’s primary responsibility is to drive results through people development, sales, and profit growth, while modeling and upholding the Raising Cane's culture and values for all crewmembers, customers, and partners. This is a physical role that requires high energy, with activities including working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, dealing with common allergens, and performing various physical tasks. The Restaurant Leader will have direct influence over the restaurant's strategic direction, managing financial forecasting and budgeting, enforcing company policies, and overseeing hiring and termination processes for management-level employees.

Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
- valid driver’s license
- ability to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, and weekends
- ability to travel as needed for training and work functions
- physically able to perform duties including walking, standing, lifting, and bending
- able to work in fast-paced kitchen environments
- proficiency with Microsoft Office and adaptability to new technologies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- some college preferred
- 5+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
- new restaurant opening experience preferred
- local restaurant marketing experience preferred
- strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- ability to work independently and collaboratively
- high level of emotional intelligence
- valid driver’s license
- ability to manage varied priorities and adapt to changing situations
Job Duties
- Ensure overall financial success of the restaurant
- forecast and budget effectively
- maintain restaurant compliance with company standards, policies, and laws
- hire and terminate management-level crewmembers
- create crewmember work and training schedules
- develop management-level crewmembers through performance management
- act as manager on duty, managing open and close operations
- manage cash handling processes
- monitor profit and loss statements and execute strategies to improve financial and operational performance

- deploy crewmembers and provide exemplary customer service
