Job Description
Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers is a rapidly expanding restaurant chain known for its dedication to serving the most craveable chicken finger meals, which they proudly call their "One Love." As one of the fastest-growing chicken concepts in the United States, Raising Cane's is on track to becoming a top 10 restaurant brand nationwide. The company is famous not only for its quality food but also for its vibrant and supportive culture that emphasizes a "Work Hard. Have Fun." philosophy. This culture drives its rapid growth and enduring success, emphasizing the importance of every crewmember in its team. Joining Raising Cane's means becoming part of a family that values passion, teamwork, and excellence in customer service.
This job opportunity is for a full-time Restaurant Leader, who plays a pivotal role in the strategic direction and daily operations of an individual Raising Cane's restaurant. With a base salary starting at $88,000, this position offers the potential to earn total target cash between $88,000 and $133,000 through the company’s Monthly Incentive Program, which rewards locations based on profitability and the team’s performance. The role demands leadership and operational excellence, including maintaining high standards across all areas of restaurant management. As a Restaurant Leader, you will be responsible for coaching and developing management-level crew, driving sales growth, managing budgets and forecasts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards. This position requires a hands-on approach, often being the manager on duty, handling cash, opening and closing the restaurant, and overseeing the overall customer experience. The physical nature of the role means working in a fast-paced kitchen environment that can include long periods of walking, standing, lifting, and bending, with exposure to varied temperatures and food products. Beyond operational execution, this leader acts as a cultural ambassador, upholding Raising Cane's standards for a positive work environment that supports both the crew’s and customers’ satisfaction. Benefits for this leadership role include comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and pharmacy coverage, flexible spending accounts for healthcare and dependent care, life and disability insurance, hospital indemnity, accident and critical illness coverage, 401(k) with employer match for eligible employees, and access to financial advisors. Additional perks include tuition reimbursement, gym membership programs, paid time off, sick leave, paid holidays, weekly pay, casual attire, and employee discount programs. This position is ideal for an organized, self-driven individual with strong leadership skills who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is passionate about people development and operational excellence.
