Job Description

Leisure Care is a reputable and established company that has been challenging the conventional norms of senior living and hospitality for nearly five decades. With a vibrant history rooted in innovative care and a commitment to enhancing the lives of residents, Leisure Care has consistently delivered exceptional experiences that blend luxury hospitality with compassionate care. As a leader in senior living communities, Leisure Care not only prioritizes the well-being and happiness of its residents but also values the growth and satisfaction of its employees, fostering an inclusive, supportive, and fun workplace culture. The company’s philosophy focuses on putting family first, both for its employees and the residents it serves, creating a strong sense of community and shared values. This culture is complemented by top-tier benefits and a dedication to employee development, making Leisure Care a sought-after employer in the industry.

Currently, Leisure Care is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to join their dynamic team. The Restaurant Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the entire restaurant operation within one of their communities, ensuring that service standards rival those typically found in luxury hotels. This includes training and managing the service staff to deliver high-quality customer experiences, maintaining organization and cleanliness throughout the establishment, and ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures. The role requires a leader who is passionate about hospitality and dedicated to making a positive impact not only on the residents but also on families and guests. Ideal candidates will have at least three years of full table service experience along with prior restaurant management or supervisory experience.

Leisure Care emphasizes a balance between professional dedication and personal well-being. The company encourages employees to prioritize family and personal happiness alongside their career responsibilities, fostering a healthy work-life balance. Employees at Leisure Care enjoy comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, 401K, disability and life insurance, paid vacation and sick leave, meal discounts, travel benefits, tuition reimbursement, and year-round company-sponsored activities. These benefits underscore the company’s commitment to supporting its workforce in all facets of life.

Joining Leisure Care means becoming part of an organization with a mission to deliver 'Five-Star Fun' through care-driven hospitality, creating delight in everyday interactions and building genuine connections with the residents. The Restaurant Supervisor will be integral in upholding these values, driving operational excellence, and contributing to a warm, engaging dining environment that residents, guests, and their families appreciate. This is an exciting opportunity for passionate hospitality professionals looking to thrive in a supportive environment where their work truly makes a difference.
