Minimum two years of experience in full-service casual to upscale scratch kitchen management with a seafood focus
Proficient in hiring, managing, and mentoring culinary teams
Ability to maintain professionalism in an exposed kitchen environment
Strong background in P&L management and profitability
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Commitment to culinary, safety, and sanitation standards
Some experience with front-of-house operations

Job Duties

Maintain professionalism and efficiency in an exposed kitchen environment
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to enhance guest satisfaction
Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
