Job Requirements
- minimum of 1-2 years kitchen management or supervision
- proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office, Excel, POS systems and inventory software
- full understanding of inventory control, labor management, safety management and product purchasing
- detail oriented and well developed time management skills
- excellent leadership and communication skills
- ability to coach, train and teach co-workers
- must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
