Job Requirements

  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
  • Must have culinary experience
  • At least 2 years of recent management experience in a similar dining environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen setting
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Legal authorization to work in the country

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of current management experience in high volume, full service, upscale casual dining
  • Demonstrated culinary expertise with creativity
  • Strong people management and communication skills
  • Knowledge of profit and loss management
  • Systems oriented with an ability to implement efficient processes

Job Duties

  • Manage and motivate diverse kitchen staff daily with a team effort orientation
  • Train, coach, and develop kitchen team members
  • Oversee guest relations and manage staffing levels
  • Foster team building and maintain a positive workplace culture
  • Operate under the direction of the General Manager
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and service
  • Monitor and control kitchen operational costs and P&L
