Job Requirements
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- Must have culinary experience
- At least 2 years of recent management experience in a similar dining environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen setting
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Legal authorization to work in the country
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of current management experience in high volume, full service, upscale casual dining
- Demonstrated culinary expertise with creativity
- Strong people management and communication skills
- Knowledge of profit and loss management
- Systems oriented with an ability to implement efficient processes
- Approachable and effective leadership style
- Passion for service and food excellence
Job Duties
- Manage and motivate diverse kitchen staff daily with a team effort orientation
- Train, coach, and develop kitchen team members
- Oversee guest relations and manage staffing levels
- Foster team building and maintain a positive workplace culture
- Operate under the direction of the General Manager
- Maintain high standards of food quality and service
- Monitor and control kitchen operational costs and P&L
