We offer a competitive salary ranged between $80,000 and $85,000 annually, complemented by an additional $6,000 potential bonus and a comprehensive benefits package including medical coverage and paid time off. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of kitchen manager experience
  • Ability to work 48 to 50 hours per week including closing shifts
  • Strong leadership capabilities
  • Skilled in enforcing food safety and quality protocols
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Reliable and hardworking with a winning attitude

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a kitchen manager
  • Proven ability to lead large teams effectively

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage daily kitchen operations
  • Ensure food safety, quality, and presentation standards are consistently met

  • Implement and maintain efficient kitchen routines and processes

  • Manage scheduling and work closing shifts totaling 48 to 50 hours per week
