  • proven track record of delivering exceptional food and guest experiences

  • solid understanding of profit and loss statements and cost control

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and quality
  • lead, mentor, and develop kitchen staff to foster a collaborative team environment
  • manage food preparation and presentation to maintain high standards
  • monitor and control food costs and inventory to meet budgetary goals
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • collaborate with front-of-house management to enhance overall guest experience
  • implement and uphold operational procedures to drive excellence
