- Experience in recruitment and retention strategies

Job Qualifications
- At least 2 years of management experience
- Minimum 1 year of kitchen restaurant management experience
- Experience managing a team of 15 or more staff members
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with both internal teams and external customers
