  • Strong background in leading a team of more than 15 employees
  • Experience in recruitment and retention strategies
  • Knowledge of training and development procedures
  • Skill in providing feedback and support to team members
  • Attention to detail in plate presentation and food quality
  • Capability to maintain operations quality through enforcing standards and accountability

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of management experience
  • Minimum 1 year of kitchen restaurant management experience
  • Experience managing a team of 15 or more staff members
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with both internal teams and external customers

Job Duties

  • Lead and supervise a team of more than 15 employees daily
  • Support recruitment and retention initiatives by fostering a people-first culture
  • Implement and oversee training and development programs for kitchen staff
  • Provide timely feedback and support to hourly team members
  • Maintain flawless plate presentation standards for every guest
  • Ensure quality operations by enforcing company standards and team accountability
