Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age
  • minimum two years of management experience
  • availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • reliable transportation
  • strong communication and leadership skills
  • strong profit and loss (P&L) knowledge
  • ability to obtain required certifications or permits
  • working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of management experience

  • proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • ability to obtain required certifications or permits
  • knowledge of local and state health codes preferred
  • experience managing a team
  • familiarity with Workday, Aloha, NBO, and Hotschedules preferred

Job Duties

  • Manage daily kitchen operations
  • oversee inventory management and ordering
  • maintain key profit and loss (P&L) lines
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • motivate and develop kitchen staff
  • maintain high standards for food quality and presentation
  • collaborate with front-of-house to ensure smooth service
