Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Two years of management experience
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Reliable transportation
  • Strong communication and exceptional leadership skills
  • Strong P&L knowledge
  • Able to obtain required certifications and permits as required by state or local law
  • Working knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum two years management experience
  • Strong communication and exceptional leadership skills
  • Ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a team
  • Strong P&L knowledge
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Ability to obtain required certifications and permits
  • Preferred knowledge of local and state health codes
  • Preferred experience with Workday, Aloha, NBO, and Hotschedules

Job Duties

  • Ensure seamless day-to-day kitchen operations
  • Uphold company standards as a brand ambassador
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and key P&L lines
  • Foster continuous improvement culture
  • Motivate and develop a passionate team
  • Ensure compliance with state and local certifications and permits
  • Maintain high standards of execution, hospitality, and service
