Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age
- Two years of management experience
- Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to obtain required certifications and permits
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of P and L management
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
Job Qualifications
- Minimum two years of management experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Solid understanding of profit and loss management
- Ability to inspire and develop teams
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Experience with Workday, Aloha, NBO, and Hot Schedules preferred
- Knowledge of local and state health codes preferred
- Experience managing kitchen teams
Job Duties
- Manage seamless day-to-day kitchen operations
- Uphold company standards and act as brand ambassador
- Oversee inventory and ordering processes
- Monitor and manage key profit and loss lines
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and positive workplace mentality
- Motivate, inspire, and develop the kitchen team for exceptional execution and hospitality
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Handle scheduling and labor management
- Participate in financial success through bonus program
- Maintain accurate records and reports
