Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Two years of management experience
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to obtain required certifications and permits
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of P and L management
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of management experience
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Solid understanding of profit and loss management
  • Ability to inspire and develop teams
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Experience with Workday, Aloha, NBO, and Hot Schedules preferred
  • Knowledge of local and state health codes preferred
  • Experience managing kitchen teams

Job Duties

  • Manage seamless day-to-day kitchen operations
  • Uphold company standards and act as brand ambassador
  • Oversee inventory and ordering processes
  • Monitor and manage key profit and loss lines
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and positive workplace mentality
  • Motivate, inspire, and develop the kitchen team for exceptional execution and hospitality
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
  • Handle scheduling and labor management
  • Participate in financial success through bonus program
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
