Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age
- Two years of management experience
- Open availability including nights, weekends, holidays
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Strong profit and loss knowledge
- Ability to obtain required certifications and permits
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
Job Qualifications
- Two years of management experience

- Ability to motivate and develop a passionate team
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Working knowledge of P&L management
- Able to obtain required certifications and permits
- Preferred knowledge of local and state health codes
- Experience managing a team
- Familiarity with Workday, Aloha, NBO, and Hotschedules
Job Duties
- Ensure seamless day-to-day kitchen operations
- Uphold company standards as a brand ambassador
- Manage inventory and ordering processes
- Oversee key profit and loss lines
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Motivate, inspire, and develop the kitchen team
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
