As a franchise, GHO Investment seeks to extend this legacy by recruiting energetic and friendly individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and upholding the high standards Golden Corral is celebrated for.
Golden Corral prides itself on fostering an environment that supports and empowers its people to excel both professionally and personally. The company believes that its success is rooted in the talent, integrity, and passion of its team members. Supporting a culture of care and respect within the workplace, Golden Corral actively promotes advancement opportunities and the development of its workforce. The restaurant's culture thrives on qualities such as talent, focus, commitment, and passion. Those who join the team at Golden Corral can expect a dynamic, fast-paced work environment with the potential for significant career growth limited only by their own drive and energy.
The role of Kitchen Manager at GHO Investment’s Golden Corral location is pivotal in maintaining the restaurant’s operational excellence. This full-time position involves overseeing food production and managing all aspects of the Back-of-the-House operations. The Kitchen Manager ensures that the highest standards of food quality, recipe adherence, and cleanliness are consistently maintained using Golden Corral's established products, recipes, and procedures. This role demands a leadership presence that not only drives team performance but also ensures compliance with safety and labor standards.
As a key member of the restaurant operations management team, the Kitchen Manager plays a crucial role in the overall functioning of the restaurant. In the absence of the General Manager and Hospitality Manager, this position holds responsibility for food quality, production, safety, and labor management. The Kitchen Manager is instrumental in delivering an exceptional dining experience to Golden Corral's guests by ensuring smooth kitchen operations and aligning with company systems and values.
The position offers competitive salary compensation, a signing bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and opportunities for training and development. This ensures that team members are well-supported and have access to resources that encourage their professional growth. Furthermore, Golden Corral emphasizes the importance of a stable work environment and proactive advancement opportunities for its employees. By joining the team, you become part of an organization dedicated to your success and the continued excellence of the Golden Corral brand.
