Job Requirements

  • strong, stable work history with management experience
  • education and training related to business or hospitality
  • completion of Golden Corral management training
  • valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
  • ability to lead teams and work flexible hours

Job Qualifications

  • management experience in high-volume casual dining or family-style restaurant
  • education or college coursework in business or hospitality
  • successful completion of Golden Corral comprehensive management training program
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment

Job Duties

  • oversee food production and back-of-the-house operations using Golden Corral standards
  • ensure adherence to recipes, product quality, and cleanliness protocols
  • manage food safety and labor in the absence of general and hospitality managers
  • maintain compliance with company systems and procedures
  • supervise kitchen staff and provide leadership during shifts
  • support overall restaurant operational goals and guest satisfaction
  • participate in training and development programs
