Job Requirements
- strong, stable work history with management experience
- education and training related to business or hospitality
- completion of Golden Corral management training
- valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- ability to lead teams and work flexible hours

- management experience in high-volume casual dining or family-style restaurant
- education or college coursework in business or hospitality

- strong leadership and communication skills

Job Duties

- ensure adherence to recipes, product quality, and cleanliness protocols
- manage food safety and labor in the absence of general and hospitality managers
- maintain compliance with company systems and procedures
- supervise kitchen staff and provide leadership during shifts

- participate in training and development programs
