Job Description

Logan's Roadhouse is a renowned American restaurant chain deeply rooted in the traditions of hearty, flavorful dining and genuine hospitality. Established as a place where guests can truly relax and enjoy quality meals without pretense, Logan's has built its reputation on serving steakhouse-quality meat grilled over real mesquite wood, paired with a laidback atmosphere that feels like a home away from home. The restaurant's signature offerings include endless rolls made from scratch and an ice-cold beer selection, fostering a vibrant, welcoming environment where every visitor is treated like a friend rather than a stranger. The essence of Logan's Roadhouse goes beyond food—it is about creating memorable experiences centered on authenticity, community involvement, and a commitment to excellence.

We are currently seeking a Restaurant Kitchen Manager to join our dedicated team. This management position requires at least two years of hands-on restaurant management experience and a strong commitment to fostering an environment of friendly, customer-focused service. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving the growth of sales, ensuring kitchen operations run efficiently, maintaining high standards of food quality, and exemplifying the core values of accountability, relentless improvement, passion to serve, integrity, respect, and adaptability to change. This role is ideal for those looking to grow their career within a company that values its employees as part of the Logan’s Roadhouse family.

As a vital member of the leadership team, the Restaurant Kitchen Manager will oversee daily kitchen activities, manage inventory and food costs, train and lead kitchen staff, and work collaboratively with front-of-house management to deliver seamless guest experiences. This position also requires possessing a valid driver's license, underscoring the need for reliability and responsibility. At Logan’s Roadhouse, we do not merely offer a paycheck; we offer a pathway to an enriching career. Our comprehensive benefits package underscores our commitment to employee well-being and development, featuring medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance options, as well as voluntary benefits tailored to individual needs.

Additional perks include bonus opportunities based on restaurant financial results, paid time off, 401k retirement plans, and an employee discount program among others. Our culture emphasizes accountability for outcomes, continuous growth, and community involvement. We actively support causes like providing meals for families in need through partnerships with organizations such as Second Harvest of Middle Tennessee, promote local music through collaborations with the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers (ASCAP), and extend financial support to team members facing personal challenges through our Logan's Love Initiative. If you have a passion for top-quality food and people-focused service, this role offers the perfect environment to ignite your career aspirations in the hospitality industry.
