Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience as a lead cook or similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficient in all aspects of food preparation, cooking and presentation
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to manage inventory and ordering of ingredients
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Lead and manage kitchen staff in food preparation and presentation
- Collaborate with Executive Chef and Sous Chef to develop new menu items
- Ensure food quality and consistency across all dishes
- Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Train and motivate kitchen team members
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
