Cook Out is currently seeking energetic, hardworking leaders to join their management team as Hourly Managers. This role is vital to the operational success of each restaurant, as these managers are hands-on leaders who actively participate in daily operations alongside their team. As part of the management team, Hourly Managers will be responsible for maintaining high standards across all areas, including food quality, labor efficiency, cost control, and exceptional customer service. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of management experience preferably in restaurant or retail
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure
- Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
Job Qualifications
- At least 1 year of management experience
