Job Description
Cook Out is one of the fastest-growing quick-service restaurant (QSR) companies in the industry, known for its commitment to quality food and exceptional customer service. Founded with a passion for delivering a unique dining experience, Cook Out has rapidly expanded its footprint, attracting a loyal customer base who appreciates the brand's dedication to serving fresh, made-to-order meals at competitive prices. The company prides itself on a vibrant, high-energy culture that empowers its team members to excel and grow within the organization. As a performance-based company, Cook Out offers abundant opportunities for career advancement to those who demonstrate hard work and leadership potential.
The role of Hourly Manager at Cook Out is a dynamic leadership position designed for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and want to contribute directly to the success of their restaurant. Hourly Managers serve as hands-on leaders who work side-by-side with their team to ensure that every customer receives an outstanding experience. This position involves managing all aspects of daily restaurant operations, from front-of-house customer interactions to back-of-house food preparation and quality control.
At Cook Out, Hourly Managers are expected to lead by example, coaching and developing their team members to foster a culture of excellence and teamwork. This leadership role includes responsibilities such as training new employees, recognizing and rewarding talent, and maintaining operational standards that drive financial performance. Managers are accountable for meeting and exceeding goals related to food quality, labor efficiency, and cost control, ensuring that the restaurant operates smoothly and profitably.
Moreover, Cook Out values work-life balance, offering flexible scheduling and 4-5 day workweeks, allowing managers to maintain personal well-being while pursuing professional growth. The company also supports its employees with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance after 90 days of employment, a 401k plan with matching contributions, paid vacation, and holidays like Thanksgiving and Christmas off. Additional perks include free food during shifts and performance-based bonuses, reflecting the company’s commitment to rewarding hard work and dedication.
Joining Cook Out as an Hourly Manager means becoming part of a supportive family that encourages ambition, fosters leadership development, and values every team member's contribution. This role is ideal for individuals with at least one year of management experience, especially those with a background in the restaurant industry who possess strong communication skills and the ability to lead large teams. Successful candidates are detail-oriented, able to multitask under pressure, and passionate about delivering fast, friendly, and high-quality customer service.
If you are ready to jump-start your career by joining a company that values your hard work and offers pathways for growth, Cook Out is the perfect place to make your next career move. Being part of the Cook Out family means you are not just flipping burgers—you’re building a rewarding career in a fast-growing, exciting environment with endless potential for success.
