Job Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of management experience

Job Duties
- Lead and develop team members through coaching, training, and recognition
- Manage all aspects of restaurant operations including front counter and grill
- Meet and exceed standards for food quality, labor, and cost control through effective planning
- Ensure every customer experience is fast, friendly, and high-quality
- Monitor and improve team performance and operational efficiency
- Handle scheduling and employee management to maintain smooth workflow
- Address customer issues promptly to maintain satisfaction
